Crystal Light Healing

CLH is a form of healing which has been based on the ancient mystery schools of Lemuria, Atlantis , Egypt and Mayan Civilisations.

It’s a specific form of healing which uses the art of laying on of crystals. Through crystals we can access certain frequencies and vibrations which we get through colour, sound, light and sacred geometry. Through CLH, the intention is to create  harmony and healing on all levels of mind, body and spirit.

CLH can be used in conjunction with any other form of healing modality The healing itself is done fully clothed whilst the client is lying on a bed/ massage table. The table and body are gridded with crystals and the client is made to feel very comfortable and may choose to sleep throughout the whole experience if they wish.
