Pendulums are wonderful tools used in the art of dowsing. They help us access our intuition and inner knowing.

to use the pendulum, hold it by the chain and ask it to show you a 'yes'. It will begin to swing in a certain direction. Next ask it to stop. Then ask your pendulum to show you a 'no. Again it will swing in a certain direction. the direction of swing should be opposite to what the 'yes ' swing is.

Now you are ready to ask it any question you wish. Not everyone finds pendulums work well for them. They are very individual and it may take a few goes to get the hang of using one.
