A Return to the Sacred Waters

About the tour

Embark on a sacred journey of healing and self discovery

Egypt is not just a place for me — it’s a living memory.

A place where the codes of birth, death, and rebirth are woven into every stone, every drop of water.

I have floated in the primordial waters of Siwa, swum in the Magic Lake, and drifted down the soft current of the Nile — each time remembering more of who I am.

Now, it is time to return — but not alone.

I am calling in those who feel the deep resonance of the Sacred Waters within their own being.

Those who hear the whisper of the Stones, who feel the pulse of the Nile in their very cells, and who are ready to walk the ancient pathways not as tourists — but as Keepers of the Codes.

On the 30th April 2026, I will guide an intimate group on a 17-day sacred pilgrimage through Egypt. From the primordial waters of Fayoum and Siwa Oasis, to the hidden chambers of the Great Pyramid and the timeless temples of the Nile — this will be a journey of remembrance, activation, and renewal.

If your heart stirs as you read these words…
If you feel the ancient waters rising within you…
Know this: you are being called.

I thought the trip was wonderful. It was safe, like very safe, well for the most part. There are beggars and vendors and pickpockets but it’s very fun here. The food was amazing and the people are really nice.

As someone who is under 15, I find it very appealing to younger audiences. The tour guides were amazing and the sites provide so much information and it would definitely be a trip you never forget.

My daughter and I visited Egypt, Oct 2023, and thrilled that we chose Seed of the Soul to support our excursion and travel needs.

We arrived, not knowing what to expect, and left incredibly pleased with the experience. Every detail was taken into account from the original booking to the day we departed to go home.

I honestly had the best experience of my life travelling to Egypt solo with Emily. She is a wonderful and experienced guide and companion, not only sharing her wisdom and knowledge on Egyptian culture and history, but also providing advice and guidance for me on a personal level. It was a unique experience you would not have with anyone else. I look forward to being able to travel with Emily again one day, and hope that others will too, so that they can experience that I did

Day 2

Fayoum, Valley of the Whales, Magic Lake, Wadi El Rayan Valley

After breakfast, we journey south of Fayoum by 4×4 into the Valley of the Whales (Wadi El Hitan), a UNESCO World Heritage Site holding the 40-million-year-old fossilised remains of the earliest whales, Archaeoceti. These sacred stones and bones tell one of evolution’s greatest stories—an ancient reminder of the fluid connection between land and sea, body and spirit. From here we continue to the Magic Lake, an oasis of shimmering blue waters cradled in the desert. It is said that its waters shift in colour with the light of the day, offering a place to swim, cleanse, and feel the alchemy of desert stillness meeting the healing essence of water. Immersing in the Magic Lake is like returning to waters shaped by nearly 40 million years of earth’s story.

We will see the waterfall at Wadi El Rayan and then make our way back to the hotel in Cairo.

Day 3

Siwa Oasis – The Sacred Waters of Rebirth, Renewal and the Feminine divine.

After breakfast we will check out of the hotel and start our journey to Siwa Oasis. It is approximately an 8-hour drive and worth it on every level.

Siwa is a jewel in the heart of the desert. A place where time slows and the body remembers its natural rhythm. The crystal-clear salt lakes are like mirrors of the soul — stepping into them, you cannot help but surrender. The density of the salt holds you effortlessly, cleansing the body, purifying the mind, and softening the spirit. Floating here feels like being reborn into stillness.

But Siwa is more than water — it is a land of love, fertility, and divine feminine presence. Ancient traditions tie this oasis to goddesses of creation and renewal, where the Earth herself nourishes and restores. To bathe in her waters is to bathe in the embrace of the Great Mother, a reminder of abundance and the cycles of life.

In Siwa, the desert meets the spring, the salt meets the skin, and love meets the body. It is a place of deep cleansing, activation, and fertility of both land and soul.

Day 4

Siwa Oasis - Salt Lake, Shali Castle and Bedouin Market. Desert Adventure in 4x4 Cars.

We will return to the Siwa salt lakes at least three times and today will be the first, allowing the crystalline waters to cleanse and release all that no longer serves us. Each immersion is an invitation to quiet the mind and awaken stillness, while the mineral-rich waters work to regenerate and restore balance throughout the body, mind, and soul.

We will take a drive to Shali Castle, an ancient abandoned fortress that has the most incredible views of Siwa from the roof top. We will check out the Bedouin market where you can have time to shop.

After lunch, we will take a 4×4 into the desert for a great adventure and to watch the sun set whilst drinking Bedouin tea.

Day 5

Siwa Oasis - Salt Lake and visit the Temple/Oracle of Amun and Fatnas Island

We begin with another immersion in the crystalline salt lakes of Siwa, returning to the waters to cleanse, quiet, and renew. Each time we enter, the body surrenders more deeply, and the soul feels more at peace. From here we journey to the Temple of the Oracle of Amun, where seekers once came for guidance — including Alexander the Great, who was told of his divine lineage within these sacred walls. The desert still holds the echo of prophecy and the presence of the unseen. We close the day at Fatnas Island, a palm-draped jewel surrounded by shimmering waters and desert horizon — a place to simply be, breathe, and soak in the timeless beauty of Siwa.

Day 6

Siwa Oasis - Salt Lake and Cleopatra’s Eye. Return to Cairo

On our final morning in Siwa, we return once more to the healing salt lakes — a last immersion to cleanse, release, and seal the work of renewal begun here. We then visit Cleopatra’s Eye, a natural spring where legend says the queen herself once bathed, its flowing waters carrying the essence of beauty, vitality, and eternal life. With hearts full and bodies refreshed, we check out and journey back across the desert, returning to Cairo.

Day 7

Private Permission to the Paws of the Sphinx and a Walk around the Giza plateau

Private permission to Paws of the Sphinx. 6-7am

At dawn we are granted a rare and sacred moment — private permission between the Paws of the Sphinx (6–7am). The Sphinx, long regarded as the Great Guardian, also embodies the mysteries of the feminine: a being of renewal and fertility, keeper of moisture in the desert, aligned with the sun and the eternal cycles of rebirth. To stand here is to be held in her gaze, where ancient codes of life, death, and regeneration still reside. Later, we walk the Giza Plateau, visiting the Temple of Isis, the Valley Temple, and the Unfinished Sphinx. Time will also be given to enter whichever pyramid is open, whether Kafre or Menkaure, each carrying its own resonance and teachings. The afternoon and evening is yours to rest and integrate, carrying the energy of the morning’s encounter in silence or reflection.

Optional camel ride for anyone who may be interested.

We will all be hungry by the end so we have lunch locally in Nazlet El Semman.

Day 8

Saqqara and Dahshur. Lunch at the Blue Lotus Restaurant

Today we step into the sacred landscape of Saqqara, a place layered with temples, tombs, pyramids, and frequencies of healing.

We begin at the Sound Healing “hospital,” where resonance was once used to restore balance in body and spirit — a place still carrying the frequency of Imhotep, the great sage, high priest, physician, and architect of the Step Pyramid. At the Heb Sed Court, we encounter the ritual space where kings renewed their vitality and life-force, anchoring regeneration through ceremony. Here too, Imhotep’s vision lingers — for he understood healing as harmony between body, spirit, sound, and stone.

We then enter the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the oldest stone pyramid in Egypt, before continuing into the depths of the Serapeum — vast underground halls housing colossal granite sarcophagi. While said to contain the Apis bulls, their sheer scale and precision suggest deeper mysteries: wombs of regeneration, containers of life-force, or perhaps energetic “batteries” connecting heaven and earth.

Our path also takes us to the Pyramids of Titi and Unas, both inscribed with the Pyramid Texts — some of the oldest sacred writings in the world, filled with spells of resurrection, ascension, and transformation. Nearby, the Tombs of the Nobles (the Seven Great Tombs) offer a glimpse into the lives and afterlives of those who once walked alongside kings. Among them, we visit the tomb of Nemtymes where the magnificent statue of the cow Hathor rests — a powerful embodiment of the Great Mother, fertility, nourishment, and divine love.

After lunch at the Blue Lotus Restaurant, we travel via Dahshur to witness the mighty Red Pyramid and the enigmatic Bent Pyramid — monuments of transition and experimentation, carrying their own unique harmonics and mysteries of design.

Day 9

Morning visit to the Grand Egyptian museum. Afternoon to rest and then pp to the Great Pyramid.

Private permission to Great pyramid 5-7pm

In the morning we visit the long-awaited Grand Egyptian Museum, home to treasures spanning Egypt’s vast history — from colossal statues to delicate artefacts, including the full collection from Tutankhamun’s tomb. Here, the stories of gods, kings, and everyday life come alive in one of the most extraordinary museums in the world.

The afternoon is set aside to rest and prepare for the evening’s initiation. At 5 we enter the Great Pyramid in private permission — a rare and sacred experience within the heart of this timeless monument. To stand in the King’s Chamber, resonate with its frequency, and feel the alignment of stone, sound, and spirit is to step into an ancient initiation chamber designed for rebirth.

Day 10

Travel to Luxor. Go to Luxor Museum and Luxor Temple at night

Today we fly south to Luxor, the city once called Thebes, heart of ancient Upper Egypt. On arrival we visit the Luxor Museum, home to finely curated artefacts, including statues, reliefs, and treasures spanning pharaonic dynasties.

As evening falls, we enter the illuminated majesty of the Luxor Temple — known as the Temple of Man, a name given by the French mystic-scholar R.A. Schwaller de Lubicz, who spent over 15 years studying its design. He believed its proportions, art, and architecture embodied the very principles of sacred geometry, resonance, and the creation story, reflecting the Hermetic Law of Correspondence: “As above, so below; as within, so without.” To walk here is to step into a living mirror, where the human form, the cosmos, and the divine are all reflected in stone.

Luxor Temple is immense in scale, with pylons over 70 feet high, colossal statues, and obelisks that once marked its entrance. Over time, layers of history have been built into its walls — from shrines to Alexander the Great and Roman sanctuaries, to an Islamic mosque still active today. This temple was once a sacred city within itself, a place of continuous worship and renewal. To wander here by night is to feel the eternal heartbeat of Egypt pulsing through stone and starlight.

Day 11

Abydos and Dendera Temples

Today we journey to two of Egypt’s most sacred temples — Abydos and Dendera — each carrying profound codes of resurrection, renewal, and cosmic wisdom.

At Abydos, we enter the Temple of Seti I, known for its exquisite reliefs and deep initiatory symbolism. Abydos the temple dedicated to Osiris, lord of resurrection, and one of the most important pilgrimage sites in all of Egypt. The nearby Osireion, an ancient and enigmatic structure is aligned to the stars and holds mysteries of primordial waters, regeneration, and cosmic creation.

Definitely my favourite temples and it was from a channelling I did in 2018 that led me to taking my first journey to Egypt. It was at this very temple where my biggest activation occurred.  It is enigmatic, yet eerily comforting. The megalithic blocks of the Osireion are astounding and it houses the oldest depiction of the Flower of Life which is etched into the granite walls with red ochre. Looking into the water that remains within this complex, takes you for a deep dive. The more you gaze into its water, you may stay to feel as if you are being pulled into a portal or stargate.

We then continue to Dendera, the Temple of Hathor — goddess of love, joy, fertility, music, and the stars. This beautifully preserved temple is adorned with astronomical ceilings mapping the heavens, including the famous Zodiac of Dendera. Here we connect with Hathor’s nurturing and cosmic vibration, a frequency of joy, healing, and divine feminine energy.

Together, Abydos and Dendera form a sacred balance: the initiatory path of death and rebirth (Osiris) and the celestial embrace of love and renewal (Hathor) — two temples holding the keys to both earthly regeneration and stellar remembrance.

Day 12

Karnak Temple – see Temple of Sekhmet and Chapel of Osiris and the Calcite chapels. Board Cruise and Lunch. After lunch travel to Medinet Habu

This morning we step into the vast and awe-inspiring Karnak Temple, one of the largest temple complexes in the world, layered with centuries of devotion. Within its walls some of what we visit:

  • The Temple of Ptah, where the lioness goddess Sekhmet resides in her darkened chapel. To stand before Sekhmet — a statue still radiating an almost tangible power — is to feel her fierce yet healing energy of protection, transformation, and solar fire. This sanctuary is one of the most potent energetic points in all of Karnak.
  • The Chapel of Osiris, where the mysteries of death, resurrection, and eternal life echo through the stone. Here, Osiris invites us to remember the eternal cycles of renewal.
  • The Calcite (Alabaster) Chapels, shimmering with a crystalline frequency, reflecting purity, clarity, and light codes woven into ancient design.
  • The Hypostyle Hall, with its forest of 134 massive columns reaching toward the sky, designed to mirror creation itself and inspire awe with its scale and alignment.
  • The Sacred Lake, used by priests for ritual purification, symbolizing the eternal waters of creation and the balance of reflection.
  • The Great Obelisks, standing as rays of petrified sunlight, marking alignments of time, cosmos, and power.

Day 13

West bank – Esna Temple, and Colossi of Memnon.

This morning we travel south to the Temple of Esna, dedicated to the ram-headed creator god Khnum, who shaped humanity upon his divine potter’s wheel using the black fertile soil of Khem — the life-giving silt of the Nile. This temple also honours Menhit, his leonine consort embodying fierce solar fire and protection, and Neith, the primordial goddess of creation, weaving, and the cosmic waters. Together, these deities reveal the balance of masculine and feminine forces in the mysteries of creation, fertility, and regeneration.

Esna’s temple is renowned for its beautifully preserved lotus-crowned columns and its astronomical ceiling — a star map of zodiacal signs and cosmic cycles, reminding us that creation unfolds in harmony with the heavens.

On our return, we pause at the Colossi of Memnon, two monumental statues of Amenhotep III that have stood for over 3,000 years. Once said to “sing” at dawn, they remain as guardians of the West Bank, linking the living with the eternal.

We return to the boat for lunch and then set sail upon the Nile — the sacred current that carries both memory and renewal.

Edfu Temple and Temple of Kom Ombo

Today we will visit Edfu Temple of Horus one of the most well-preserved Temples in Egypt. The side chambers of the Temple show the complexity of ancient rites. They include a healing chamber, a perfumery, and singers’ rooms. One chamber, called the House of Life, stored all of the sacred texts used in seasonal and daily rituals. Horus is associated with higher vision and clarity. The eye of Horus greatly relates to his myth and power. The builders were influenced by the legendary Followers of Horus, a predynastic elite who occupied Egypt, who were thought to have written the Edfu Building Texts that describe dates going back tens of thousands of years. Sail to Kom Ombo, by sunset we will visit the only dual temple in Egypt. This dramatic temple poised between the edge of the river and the encroaching desert sand was dedicated to two gods – Sobek the crocodile god of strength, fortitude, fertility and rebirth, and Horus the hawk-headed son of Isis and Osiris. The duality of light/ dark, yin/yang, conscious/unconscious is obvious in this ancient site. One of the most powerful places in Kom Ombo is the Seat of Neutrality, which is placed on the exact centreline between the parts of the temple that are dedicated to Horus / Sobek and Light/Dark. Continue to Aswan.

Elephantine Island and a swim in the Nile river Taking a Boat Cruise.

This morning we cross to Elephantine Island, one of Aswan’s most ancient sacred sites. Dedicated to the Ntr  Khnum, guardian of the Nile’s source, the island was believed to hold the keys to the river’s annual inundation that brought fertility and renewal to the whole land. Temples to Khnum, Satet, and Anuket formed a divine triad here, embodying creation, flow, and nourishment.

After lunch, we board a private boat cruise, travelling along the Nile. The gentle movement of the river carries us to a beautiful place where we will enter the sacred waters themselves. Here, a swim in the Nile becomes a baptism of renewal — surrendering to the river’s eternal current, allowing its life-force to cleanse and regenerate body and soul.

Later in the day (if time allows), those who wish may take an optional felucca sail at sunset, a timeless way to feel wind, water, and sky merging in harmony.

Day 16

Temple of Isis at Philae and A Nubian lunch to End With Flying Back to Cairo.

This morning we journey by boat to the sacred Island of Agilkia, home of the Temple of Isis, the radiant Pearl of the Nile. Here, Isis — goddess of love, magic, healing, and resurrection — was venerated as the Great Mother for centuries. Pilgrims travelled from across the ancient world to receive her blessings, for Isis is she who restores and renews, healer of Osiris, mother of Horus, and embodiment of the eternal feminine.

Her worship was deeply tied to the rising of Sirius (Sopdet), the star of Isis, whose heliacal rising signalled the annual flooding of the Nile. This sacred flood nourished the black soil of Khem, bringing fertility to the land and abundance to the people.

Walking through the sanctuary of Isis is to enter her living myth: the eternal cycles of death and rebirth, love and loss, flood and harvest. Even after the rise of new faiths, devotion to Isis endured — her temple among the very last sanctuaries of Egypt, carrying her mysteries into the threshold of a new world.

If waters allow, we will also visit the original nearby Island of Bigeh, once considered a hidden resting place of Osiris, amplifying the current of regeneration flowing between the divine lovers.

We close our time in Aswan with a Nubian lunch on Bigeh at Solaih Restaurant before flying back to Cairo on our last night before heading home.

Who Am I?

About Your Tour Leader

Emily Kisvarda

I am Emily Kisvarda—an integrated healer, author, researcher, alchemist, teacher, and lifelong student of higher knowledge and wisdom.

In 2004 my world was shaken to its core. Within two weeks I lost my husband to cancer and my brother-in-law to an overdose, and three years later my mother passed away. At that time, my four beautiful children were all under the age of ten, and the very foundations of my life seemed to crumble beneath me.

Out of this deep grief, a new path began to unfold. In 2010 I followed an inner calling to travel to sacred sites around the world. With each journey, I found that healing and self-discovery came alive within me. These places spoke in frequencies beyond words, helping me to remember who I truly am.

Since then, I have continued to travel, learn, and grow—both personally and spiritually. My work now weaves together these experiences with the wisdom of the ancients, the language of sacred geometry, and the alchemy of water and frequency. Through my elixirs, teachings, and sacred journeys, I invite others to step onto this path of remembrance with me.

Travel has not only been my medicine—it has become my way of guiding others back to themselves. This is why I create and lead tours: to share the codes, the energies, and the healing power of these places so that others, too, can transform their lives in the presence of the sacred.
