L.A.B or Liquid Alchemy in a Bottle isn’t just a business for me, It is a living entity that blooms rhythm with my own expansion.
As a multi-faceted body system our ‘crystalline matrix’ is constantly receiving, absorbing, cleansing, transducing and amplifying much like a physical crystal. Our bodies transduce and transmit vibrational energies and are recognised as both oscillating solid and liquid crystals that hold a very specific energy pattern.
What is so pertinent is that our bodies constitute over 60% water. It opens us up to the realm of knowing that different vibrations and forms can stay within our cellular memory and create balance and harmony (resonance) or manifest into unbalance and illness (dissonance).

How to Choose an Elixir
I always get asked how to choose what is right for you. There are a few ways in which this can be done.
- Intuition – Are you feeling drawn to an elixir? Our higher self knows what it is we need to work with at a specific time. Sometimes it will be 1 but you may find you could work with up to 3 at a time. Choose the ones you are being guided totake.
- Pendulum – If uncertain, get your pendulum. Ask which elixir is to be used for your highest good. If you are privvy to the box or even use the photo below, see where the pendulum swings. The other way to do it is to touch each square on the picture or if you have the box and with intention of a yes or no answer, ask over each elixir.
- Practitioner – If you are having a session with your practitioner, they will assist you in what is needed for your session and may even combine a few for you.
