Pain Away

Pain on any level is such a subjective feeling. The way in which I feel and experience pain will be different to the way you feel and experience pain. We can look at pain as our teacher. It is there to draw our attention to an unwanted desire or emotion. Where are we being stagnant in our lives to the point we are manifesting illness (physical or mental) and Dis-ease.  Where are we stuck in our flow? E-motion is energy in flow. How do we create an outlet to move unwanted and stagnant energies and blockages? Pain hurts but as it arises, it’s imperative we deal with it, acknowledge and understand it as pain on any level assists us on the road to creating inner alchemy, that of transformation and change. Through pain we can learn extremely valuable lessons. These lessons are invaluable and are a gift.

When we look at the underlying meaning of spiritual alchemy, one of the first things to understand is the necessity to free ourselves from core wounds, belief and self-destructive behaviour. When we can start to master this and heal, we are guided to live a more soul-filled life and any pain that may still arise can be dealt with on a level of spiritual maturity and an inner knowing.
