I am a frequent listener of Solfeggio frequencies. I have been listening every night to them for close to a year. I met with Emily and choose the elixirs which stood out to me the most. The ones I picked were the starlight medicine elixir and the second one was the Solfeggio frequency 852hz elixir. I am a hyperactive person who often has a lot of ideas and energy but lacking the ability for focus for an extended period of time to get things done. Specifically, the Starlight medicine elixir really helped to ground me and keep my focus, in combination with the 852hz elixir my thoughts were clearer and I was overall much more productive. My energy was still high just more focused and settled. I also slept without listening to the frequencies while taking the elixirs to get an exact experience.
